How long have you been in business? 

        A & R Cabinet Company began in 1981, incorporating in 1984. 

Do you have in-house installers or do you use subcontractors?

       We have our own in-house installers. 

Do you offer re-facing?

       At this time we do not offer re-facing.  The cost differential between re-facing and new cabinets is usually minimal.  Even though the carcass of your cabinet may be rock-solid and re-facing will make them look new, you're still left with the existing design of the kitchen.  We also will provide new doors and drawers to the clients who decide to paint their own existing cabinets.  This is usually more affordable than re-facing.

Will you provide me with references from prior clients?

       Absolutely.  We'll be happy, at your request, to provide you with the contact information of clients who have given us permission to do so.

Do you have a showroom?

        We do have a small 'no frills' showroom.  With everchanging styles and finishes in our industry we've found that with the few vignettes, ample door and stain samples, an array of hardware samples, countertop samples, photographs, catalogues and your design, you have more than necessary to envision your new project.  With custom cabinets, it may be necessary to make a custom sample of your color selection.

What are your hours?

       Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. daily.  Showroom appointments are available during these times.  Being a small business there are often times when there is no-one in the office.  Therefore we ask that you please call before stopping by.

What is your lead time?

       Our lead time for stock cabinets is about 3 to 4 weeks.  Our lead time on custom cabinets changes daily.  There are times in the year when our custom lead time is as soon as 4 weeks or as far out as 3 months.  The lead time for countertops is generally about 2 weeks.
